Each of our eight beautiful parks has its own unique identity… and its own whimsical name, with landscape design elements that make them distinctive, appealing and fun. And, no matter where you live at Eagle Park, there’s one within walking distance of home.

eagle park.

Showcasing a fountain as its center, along with shady trees and wonderful places to gather, Eagle Park will be the site of outdoor community activities, including picnics, movies under the stars, and more.


butterfly park.

Fragrant scented flowers planted here and there will bring on the butterflies, the birds, and the bees to every child’s delight. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the show!


cedar park.

Named for its graceful showcase of trees that can grow rapidly to 40 or 50 feet tall and up to 30 feet wide, Cedar Park offers a wonderfully private place to enjoy the day and commune with nature.


victory garden.

The centerpiece of our Victory Garden park is an incredible display of fragrant, colorful roses in a vintage English garden setting. A treat for everyone and a great place to sit back, relax… and smell the roses.


zen park.

Need to unwind after a hectic day? Zen Park is as serene and tranquil as it gets, featuring a scenic, yin-yang shaped path for walking and peaceful, shady places to meditate and renew your spirit.


pepper patch park.

At Pepper Patch Park, you can play in the dirt, while your kids play in the park. Our communal vegetable garden with potting shed will be home to your favorite veggies and herbs.


firefly glen.

Rustic park benches and a lamppost or two will set the stage for early evening firefly displays. But any time of year is perfect for a walk or gathering with family, neighbors and friends.


bermuda island.

We’ll roll out a carpet of plush Bermuda grass just for you at Bermuda Island park. And bring your game, because our sports area is the perfect place to play badminton, bocci, and more.

outdoor recreation

Summer is twice as special when you have a neighborhood pool you can walk to. At Eagle Park, our swim complex is just outside your door or around the corner. It’s a place filled with water fun, including gushing geysers and a children’s wading pool and play area.

And Eagle Park is full of old-fashioned fun, including cookouts at the fresh-air pavilion, community get-togethers at the clubhouse, and evening socials where neighbors and families can gather around the outdoor fireplace and enjoy good food and great conversation.
